Senior Marketing Technology (MarTech) Graphics Designer / Architect

Role Mandate:

       Recruit a MarTech-acquainted Graphics Designer / Architect operating at the intersection of visual systems, computational design, and modern marketing technology stacks. This is an architecture role as much as a design role: build scalable visual systems embedded into marketing, growth, and product pipelines.

Core Responsibilities:

Visual systems architecture: design modular brand and growth systems; define design tokens, components, templates, and governance.
       MarTech and deep tech integration: embed creative workflows into CMS/CDP/DAM and experimentation tooling; enable personalization-ready creative systems.

Advanced graphics and computational design: build parametric/procedural templates, motion systems, and interactive prototypes in partnership with engineering.
      Performance and experimentation: design for measurable outcomes (conversion, engagement); support rapid creative iteration under real delivery constraints

Requirements

Required Expertise----

• Advanced mastery of typography, layout, color systems, motion, and design-system thinking.
• Hands-on capability with modern design and motion tools; fluency with AI-assisted creative tooling for image/video/layout workflows.
• Comfort collaborating with engineers; ability to reason about rendering pipelines, components, and automation interfaces. Portfolio evidence of scalable systems (not only one-off static assets).

Differentiators (High Signal)--

• Experience with computational design (parametric systems, procedural generation, shaders) or "graphics as code". Experience operationalizing generative AI in production creative workflows with clear guardrails and quality control. Background in data/technical visualization, interactive experiences, or real-time rendering
