Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications that support HR compliance and audit processes.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Finance teams to understand compliance requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement automated workflows for document management, employee record tracking, and audit trail generation.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy, security, and alignment with internal policies and external regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to compliance software and integration platforms.
• Ensure all software systems meet data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, local labor laws) and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and performance optimization initiatives.
• Provide technical support and training to non-technical stakeholders on compliance-related tools and processes.
• Stay updated on evolving regulatory requirements and recommend system enhancements to maintain compliance.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development with a focus on enterprise applications.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining systems related to HR compliance, audits, or regulatory reporting.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, and experience with database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools and integration platforms (e.g., Zoho Creator, Zapier, REST APIs).
• In-depth understanding of HR compliance frameworks and audit processes (e.g., employee records, leave management, payroll compliance).
• Knowledge of data security, access controls, and audit trail implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment is highly preferred.
