Description
Festivals From India and Art X Company is hiring for an Associate, Founder's Office, who serves as a strategic partner to the Founder, supporting the execution of priorities across Festivals From India and Art X Company. This is a high-trust, high-ownership role that offers significant exposure to leadership, strategy, partnerships, and the creative sector ecosystem.
The role is ideal for someone highly organised, accountable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously. The successful candidate will help create leverage for the Founder by driving follow-through, coordinating key initiatives, and supporting business development efforts.
Please note:
- The vetting process for this role comprises 2-3 rounds of interviews and may be followed by a brief assignment.
- This is an on-site, full-time position based in Mumbai.
- Salary band for this role is available upon request.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent, ideally in a creative, marketing and/ or humanities field
- 3-5 years of experience in a Founder's Office, Executive Assistant, business operations, project management, communications, or similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Competency using IT systems, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Slack, Trello, etc., and with digital advertising platforms, social media marketing tools, and mass mailing software is ideal.
Key Personal Attributes & Skills:
- High level of accountability, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and execute with minimal supervision.
- Strong design and presentation sensibility, particularly for decks and communication materials.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Interest in the arts, culture, creative industries, or social impact sectors is desirable.
