Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting in-depth research and analysis of potential investors and market trends.

• Managing CRM systems for tracking investor interactions and engagements.

• Assisting in the preparation of fundraising materials and presentations.

• Supporting the organization of investor events and meetings.

• Collaborating with teams to enhance fundraising strategies and operations.

• Reporting on fundraising activities and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

• Ambition to progress within the company to roles such as Associate and Principal.

Career Path:

• Based on performance and contribution, the role offers a clear path for career progression to Associate and Principal roles.

Compensation:

• A total compensation of ₹10 lakhs per annum, of which ₹8.50 lakhs paid monthly and an additional ₹1.50 lakhs as a bonus, payable at the end of 12 months.

• Incentive earnings based on successful fundraising closes.

• Eligibility for performance-related bonuses.
