Office Butler

This is a high-touch hospitality role focused on providing a seamless, elegant, and attentive guest experience for high-profile guests, investors, and founders. You will be responsible for the day-to-day hospitality experience, including meeting room setup, refreshment service, and overseeing office celebrations and events. You will also supervise a housekeeping team to ensure meeting rooms, lounges, and hospitality zones are always clean and guest-ready. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, preparing beverages, setting up meeting rooms, tracking guest preferences, overseeing pantry operations, coordinating food arrangements, ensuring professional presentation and cleanliness, handling beverage preparation, maintaining pantry cleanliness, and supervising housekeeping.

This role is crafted for professionals with a background in luxury hotels or private guest services. You will need 2-4 years of experience in luxury hospitality, private concierge roles, or guest services. Fluent in English with confident and respectful communication skills. Naturally warm, professional, and poised - presentable at all times. Attentive, proactive, and discreet - able to serve senior leaders and VIP guests without direction. Experienced with hygiene protocols, food service etiquette, and luxury environment standards. Comfortable managing service during high-traffic events or multi-room setups.
