• Own the full sales cycle — prospecting to closing
• Build a self-sourced pipeline via cold calls, email, LinkedIn
• Sell to HR leaders, IT heads, and business owners
• Deliver tailored product demos showcasing ROI
• Handle objections on pricing, competitors, and privacy concerns

Requirements:

• Proven experience in SaaS sales, workforce management, or HR tech
• Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
• CRM familiarity (as seller and user)
• Self-driven, resilient, ready to hit the ground running
