- Excellent Communication & Client Handling
- Technical/IT knowledge
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage presales activities and support sales teams.
- Conduct product demos and client presentations.
- Prepare and respond to RFPs/RFIs, proposals, and effort estimates.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with sales, product, and technical teams.
- Maintain client and technology partner relationships.
