Position title: Sr. WorkForce Software (WFS) Specialist

Skills set : WorkForce Software ,WorkForce Software Certifications: PT102, PT120, PT125.  , SQL or Oracle experience,data queries, troubleshooting, reports, and validation. ,WFS Scripts ,policy profiles, policy sets, pay codes, exceptions, complex premiums rules &  TCP, banks, accruals, holidays, labor distribution,

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support WorkForce Software (WFS) Time & Attendance.
• Translate business requirements into WFS configurations (pay rules, schedules, accruals, policies).
• Perform system testing, validation, upgrades, and release support.
• Develop and troubleshoot WFS scripts, integrations, and reports.
• Create functional documentation and train end users.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

Required Skills

• 3–5+ years of hands-on WorkForce Software (WFS) experience.
• Mandatory Certifications: PT102, PT120, PT125.
• Strong knowledge of SQL/Oracle and WFS scripting.
• Expertise in Time & Attendance, Pay Codes, Policy Profiles, Accruals, Work Rules, Schedules, Labor Distribution, and Payroll Integration.
• Experience with APIs, SFTP, and flat-file integrations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HRIS, or UKG.
• Experience in multi-country WFS implementations or unionized environments.
