Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and experience in Power BI.

Skill Set :

• Advanced Excel: Expertise in Excel functions, data manipulation, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros. Familiarity with Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Data Analysis: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Power BI: Proficiency in creating dynamic reports and dashboards for data visualization. Basic understanding of project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
• Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook, with the ability to create reports, presentations, and manage email communication efficiently.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Qualification :

• MBA with a major in Business Analytics
• Eligibility : 2024,2025 passed out candidates.
• Strong academic projects or internships related to data analysis, business intelligence.
• Passion for learning and applying business analysis tools and methods to real-world problems.
