Associate Manager - Fire & Safety

Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with fire safety and industrial safety regulations as per the Factories Act and local laws. Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and fire drills across the plant. Monitor and maintain fire prevention systems, firefighting equipment, alarms, and emergency exits. Investigate incidents and near-misses, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions. Train employees and contract workers on fire safety, evacuation plans, and emergency response procedures. Coordinate with local fire departments and regulatory authorities during inspections and audits. Maintain documentation of safety protocols, mock drills, incident reports, and safety committee meetings. Assist in implementing ISO 45001, OHSAS, or other safety standards, where applicable.
