Shift Safety Engineer

Job Description: · To carry out Hazards analysis and job safety analysis. · Inspection to locate unsafe condition & unsafe practices. · Analyzing & maintaining accident/incident records to prevent future accidents. · Conducting EHS training. Induction Training, Tool Box Meeting, Mock Drill · Daily, Weekly, Monthly observation report and accident statistics'. · Conducting monthly safety committee meeting. · Arrangement of PPE as requirement. To enforce proper use and care of PPE. · Evaluating the need for safety, first aid, and fire protection equipment needed on the job site. · Accident / Near Miss Reporting · Inspection of PPE, Lifting tools & tackles, Scaffolding, Electrical Equipment, etc. · Coordinating various motivational schemes like near miss reporting scheme etc. · Provided work permit for all hot work/height work/lifting operation/excavation/confined space. · Coordinating the observation of National Safety Day, Fire Service Day, World Environment Day etc. · Candidate should be ready to work in Shifts on a rotational basis. · Responsible for internal & external audit for OHSAS: 18001 and ISO: 14001 as well as other Audits Designation Engineer/Sr. Engineer – Safety Grade E2 Experience 3 to 7 Years Qualification PDIS or ADIS Mandatory Skill PDIS Preferred Job Location Odhav & Kheda
