About the Role" We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Writer to create clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation. The ideal candidate will transform complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand materials for internal and external audiences. You will work closely with engineering, product, support, and QA teams to document APIs, user guides, system operations, and knowledge base articles. "Job Title" Technical Writer "Responsibilities" - Write, edit, and maintain high-quality technical documentation including user manuals, API documentation, system operation guides, knowledge base articles, release notes, and product specification documents. - Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, QA, and support teams to gather technical details and ensure accuracy. - Develop structured content using templates, style guides, and standardized taxonomies. - Translate technical jargon into clear, concise language appropriate for target audiences (technical and non-technical). - Review and update documentation as products evolve. - Ensure all documentation meets company quality standards and accessibility requirements. - Manage version control of documents. - Contribute to improving content workflows and tools (e.g., documentation platforms, CMS). - Support internal training by creating quick reference guides and tutorials. "Required Skills" - 3+ years of professional experience in technical writing, ideally in software or technology domains. - Strong ability to write clear, structured, and accurate documentation. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Familiarity with authoring tools such as Markdown, DITA, Confluence, MadCap Flare, RoboHelp, or equivalent CMS. - Experience writing API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, etc.). - Basic understanding of software development processes (Agile, DevOps). - Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple teams. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
