**Job Summary**
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate agile practices within our project teams. The ideal candidate will coach and guide teams in adopting Scrum principles, remove impediments, and ensure smooth delivery of high-quality solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective)
• Remove impediments and support the team in achieving sprint goals
• Coach the team and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum best practices
• Work closely with the Product Owner to maintain a healthy and prioritized product backlog
• Track and report project progress using burndown charts, velocity, and other agile metrics
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
• Shield the team from external distractions

**Requirements**

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PSM certification is mandatory
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and Kanban
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams
• Ability to drive teams toward self-organization and high performance

**Preferred Skills**

• Experience in DOT [Department of Transportation] or government projects (if applicable)
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence
• SAFe or Agile coaching experience is a plus
