• Preferably Diversity resource
• Experience on leading Transformation Projects
• Any domain should experience would be okay
• Exposure on NextGen Tools - ML/RPA
• Worked with Vendors on executive level
• Stake holder Management
• Implementation experience on BPM toolkits ( Pega preferred)
• Responsible for ROIs
• Black Belt – certified
• Willing to work on US supporting shifts
