TGT (Maths)

Responsibilities

Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of curriculum guidelines.

Conduct individual student assessments to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.

Engage students with interactive and practical activities to enhance their understanding of mathematical concepts.

Prepare students for board examinations and other competitive assessments.

Maintain and update academic records for each student.

Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure continuity and coherence in educational programs.

Participate in professional development programs and educational conferences.

Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and upcoming educational opportunities.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Mathematics or a related field.

B.Ed or equivalent teaching certification.

Strong understanding of the curriculum guidelines for senior secondary education.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
