Executive N - Adhesive Technologist

Business objectives

1. Assist the Project Sales Team in conducting product trials and build 
   inferences on Asian Paints product strength products in the 
   market.
2. Devise ways in which these product strengths can be communicated to 
   the consumers and influencers. 
3. Conduct pre-painting site inspection, on-site inspection and post painting 
   site inspection for all fresh and repainting project sites.
4. Understand the requirements from Customer and propose the solutions 
   based on site evaluation.
5. Conduct product sampling at the site based on the requirement.
6. Provide services to Landmark sites as per promised timelines.
7. Conduct regular supervision of ongoing sites along with Service .
   Representative to ensure right product application practices 
   Site Warranties.
8. Coordinate proactively with Project Sales team about the details of the sites 
   where warranty needs to be issued.
9. Conduct Post painting inspection and capture all relevant details like area, 
   paint consumption, coverage etc. and issue site warranty certificate.

Customer Complaint's
1.Investigate complaints reported at sites and resolve within the defined 
timelines.
2. Conduct customer complaints analysis and share the findings with Project 
Sales, Research and Technology and Marketing function to avoid 
reoccurrence.

Quality Assurance

1. Conduct random checks of draw down tinting process at godowns and 
   ensure shade compliances 
2. Conduct site inspection to verify actual application process against the 
   recommended process 
3. Provide training to sampling painters on application process for all 
   products
   Training 
4. Develop modules and conduct product trainings for Contractors, 
   Painters, Site Supervisors and Engineers as per requirement
5. Coordinate with different functions and ensure completion of trainings 
   organized by Marketing function
6. Brief the Project Sales team on the technical aspects of all existing and 
   new products 
   Market Intelligence
7. Conduct product trials and building inferences on Asian Paints product 
   strength vis-à-vis products in market
8. Devise ways in which the product strengths can be communicated to the 
   consumers and influencers
9. Integrate with Research and Technology function for new product 
   development based on technological trends in the market.

Training

1. Develop modules and conduct product trainings for Contractors, Painters, Site Supervisors and Engineers as per requirement

2. Coordinate with different functions and ensure completion of trainings organized by Marketing function

3. Brief the Project Sales team on the technical aspects of all existing and new products Market Intelligence

4.Conduct product trials and building inferences on Asian Paints product strength vis-à-vis products in market

5.Devise ways in which the product strengths can be communicated to the consumers and influencers

6.Integrate with Research and Technology function for new product development based on technological trends in the market.
