MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Job Summary:

A Maintenance Technician is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting spinning machines to ensure smooth production of yarn with required quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor spinning machines
• Ensure continuous production with minimal downtime
• Check yarn quality and maintain production standards
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
• Identify and resolve machine issues quickly
• Maintain proper documentation of production data
• Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance team

Requirements

• Knowledge of spinning processes and machinery
• Knowledge of weaving processes and machinery
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of yarn quality parameters
• Teamwork and communication skills
