QC executive Ladies Wear Garments

Job Summary

The QC Executive is responsible for ensuring that ladies wear garments meet company and buyer quality standards through in-line, end-line, and final inspections. The role involves monitoring production quality, identifying defects, and coordinating corrective actions to achieve quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-line, end-line, and final garment inspections.
• Monitor garment quality throughout the production process.
• Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Verify measurements, workmanship, appearance, and packing quality.
• Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with production teams to reduce defects and rework.
• Prepare quality inspection reports and maintain records.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Support quality audits and buyer inspections.
• Ensure timely resolution of quality-related issues.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of ladies wear garment quality standards.
• Knowledge of AQL inspection procedures.
• Understanding of garment construction, measurements, and workmanship.
• Ability to identify sewing, finishing, and packing defects.
• Proficiency in quality reporting and documentation.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
