Sales Representative

Job Summary

To drive sales growth by identifying potential customers, promoting products, and building strong client relationships to achieve business targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, calls, and networking
• Promote and sell company products to prospective customers
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and sales proposals
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals effectively
• Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups
• Submit regular sales and performance reports to management

 Qualifications

• Any Degree with 2–5 years of experience in sales

• Experience in garments/textiles industry preferred

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Good marketing knowledge and understanding of market trends
• Excellent relationship-building and customer handling skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated

Salary

• ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
