We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our engineering team remotely in India. As an early hire, you will play a crucial role in shaping our technology stack, contributing to product development, and scaling the platform.

Role and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of the AssetBridge platform.
• Work with Django (Python) backend and React.js/Next.js frontend.
• Develop API integrations with custodians and external financial services.
• Manage Dockerized microservices, PostgreSQL databases, and Redis caching.
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability of our application.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS.
• Collaborate with the US-based founder and engineering team to deliver features and improvements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Python (Django) and JavaScript (React.js/Next.js).
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Docker.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
• Understanding of authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Temporal.io, ActiveMQ, Docusign or Persona..
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience working in fintech, crypto, or blockchain is a big plus.
