We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer with Web3 experience to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern backend and frontend technologies, a strong understanding of blockchain systems, and a passion for building reliable and scalable software solutions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Python, Next.js, Temporal, Postgres, and AWS.
• Integrate and interact with blockchain networks and decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols using web3 libraries.
• Collaborate on backend services that communicate with staking platforms and other smart contract-based systems.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and performance.
• Requirements:
• Proven experience with our core tech stack: Python, Next.js, Temporal, Postgres, and AWS.
• Strong understanding of blockchain concepts and practical experience in the blockchain domain.
• Proficient in working with web3 libraries to interact with DeFi and staking protocols.
• Familiarity with Solidity and smart contract development, though extensive experience writing new contracts is not required.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
