Position Overview:

Are you ready to dive into the dynamic world of HR and recruitment with Astreda IT Solutions? We're on the lookout for a motivated Human Resource Intern who shares our passion for innovation and teamwork. As part of our dynamic team, you'll play a pivotal role in the recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new hires. This isn't your run-of-the-mill internship – it's a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience and work closely with our founding team as we push the boundaries of possibility.

Responsibilities:

• Embark on an exciting journey of recruitment, from posting job openings to screening resumes and conducting interviews.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Showcase your people skills with initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Dive into the world of technology with our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, guiding them through paperwork and orientation.
• Get involved in various HR initiatives and projects, making your mark on our dynamic team.
• Bring your ideas to the table and actively participate in team meetings, contributing to discussions and shaping the future of Astreda.

Requirements:

• Are you a recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field? We want to hear from you!
• Flex your interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, as you navigate the world of recruitment.
• Show off your tech-savvy side with proficiency in online tools and platforms, including LinkedIn for sourcing top talent.
• Juggle multiple tasks like a pro, prioritizing effectively and keeping a keen eye on the details.

Kindly Note: This internship is remote and spans up to 3 months. Successful candidates may be considered for a contract position as an HR Associate for a minimum of 6 months.
