Description

1. Material Management
   • Oversee material planning and allocation for production; forecast and manage excess and at-risk materials.
2. Order / Forecast & Production Management
   • Align sales forecasts with material supply and EMS capacity; manage order release and production scheduling.
3. Rework / RMA Management
   • Coordinate global product returns, WIP/F.G. rework, and RMA handling.
4. Material Risk-Buy & MP Capacity Planning
   • Prepare risk-buy materials and production capacity before MP; monitor export, certification, and readiness status.
5. Fulfillment Reporting
   • Deliver daily/weekly reports on production I/O, inventory, shipments, schedules, open issues, and material control.
6. Cross-site Coordination / On-site Execution
   • Work closely with global EMS sites (India, Brazil, Indonesia, China).
   • Support on-site execution, including business travel or short-term assignments to ensure production and delivery targets are met.

Requirement

1. Willingness to travel frequently or accept short-term overseas assignments (India, Brazil, Indonesia, China).
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in consumer electronics supply chain and fulfillment management.
3. Strong ownership, resilience, and ability to work independently; proficient in Excel and AI tool integration.
4. Strong English communication skills (TOEIC 860+, TOEFL 100+, IELTS 7.5+, or equivalent).
5. Familiar with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, etc.).
