Role Overview

The Channel Sales Executive - EMEA is responsible for supporting revenue growth across assigned EMEA markets through partner-led sales and territory development activities.  This role works closely with channel partners including resellers, education service providers, and technology partners, to help generate pipeline, support customer opportunities, and build strong regional relationships.

This is an individual contributor role ideal for a sales professional with experience in channel or B2B technology sales who is looking to further develop their career in the education technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

Channel & Partner Support

  • Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners across assigned EMEA territories.
  • Support partner onboarding, enablement, and ongoing engagement activities.
  • Assist partners with identifying opportunities, generating pipeline, and positioning Ativion solutions.
  • Collaborate with partners on account planning and co-selling activities.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day partner communications within the territory.

Sales & Territory Development

  • Support achievement of regional revenue goals through the sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, demonstrations, proposal coordination, and closing support.
  • Manage sales opportunities through the sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, demonstrations, proposal coordination, and closing support.
  • Build relationships with customers and stakeholders within educational institutions and related organizations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts.
  • Assist in executing territory plans aligned with company growth objectives.

Collaboration & Market Awareness

  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to support customer and partner success.
  • Stay informed on education market trends, customer challenges, and regional opportunities across EMEA
  • Represent Ativion at partner meetings, industry events, webinars, and conferences as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within technology, SaaS, or channel sales environments.
  • Experience working with indirect/channel partners or account management activities preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities across different regions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment.
  • Fluent English required; additional European languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within EMEA as required.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience selling SaaS, educational technology, cybersecurity, compliance, or related solutions.
  • Exposure to education markets, public sector organizations, or partner-led sales models is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management practices.
  • Experience working in international or multi-country environments preferred.
