Atlanta Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Technical Support Engineer – Trainee to join our Delhi team. This role offers hands-on experience in IoT devices, technical troubleshooting, and customer support, making it an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to build a strong foundation in technical support and electronics systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for IoT devices, including installation and configuration
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to GPS and IoT devices
• Handle inbound customer queries and ensure timely resolution
• Perform device testing, diagnostics, and quality checks
• Assist with SIM activation and connectivity-related tasks
• Maintain records of issues, resolutions, and daily activities
• Coordinate with R&D and service teams for complex technical issues
• Guide customers on product usage and platform features

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of basic electronics and communication concepts
• Knowledge of microcontrollers and embedded systems (basic level)
• Familiarity with communication protocols such as UART, I2C, and SPI (preferred)
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and documentation
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
