Job Requirements (Skill Sets)

• Experience in MES implementation in the pharmaceutical manufacturing domain, including some onsite exposure.
• Strong background in Manufacturing IT solutions with hands-on operational experience.
• Understanding of validation requirements in regulated industries.
• Good communication skills and a strong team player.
• Demonstrated business acumen in a technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement MES solutions using Werum PAS-X.
• Responsible for technical deliverables throughout the entire lifecycle of MES solution development projects.
• Actively participate as a member of the technical project team, ensuring that effective relationships are built and maintained.
• Proactively engage with customers to define the overall technical approach for MES solutions.
• Maintain technical skills and knowledge, continuously updating them.
• Proactively report project progress against the schedule.
• Assist existing customers with problem resolution and help identify future opportunities.
• Provide Sure Service support to clients under contract.
