Associate Manager/Sr. Associate - Store

The Store Associate Manager is responsible for managing receipt, storage, and issue of materials as per company policies and procedures. This includes maintaining accurate inventory records in ERP or manual registers, monitoring stock levels, coordinating replenishment with procurement, ensuring proper documentation (GRN, DC, gate pass, etc.), conducting stock verification, supervising material handling, coordinating with production, quality, and logistics teams, implementing FIFO/LIFO practices, ensuring compliance with safety, housekeeping, and audit requirements, and guiding/supervising storekeepers and helpers. Strong knowledge of inventory management and store operations, familiarity with ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Oracle or similar), analytical and data-driven approach, good communication and coordination skills, attention to detail and process discipline, and team handling/leadership skills are required. A graduate / diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field is preferred. Candidates should have 4–7 years of experience in store or warehouse management (preferably in manufacturing / recycling / metals / engineering industry).
