**Business Development Planning:**o Collaborate with senior management to define business development goals, strategies, and action plans. o Assist in the implementation of initiatives aimed at achieving business expansion objectives **Lead Generation Support:**o Participate in identifying potential clients through various channels. o Help maintain a robust lead pipeline to ensure its size and strength. **Client Relationship Management:**o Support the development and maintenance of relationships with both existing and prospective clients. o Engage with clients regularly to enhance customer satisfaction and retention **Partnership Development:**o Assist in establishing strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders. o Collaborate on projects and initiatives that benefit all parties involved. **Proposal Development:**o Contribute to crafting proposals and presentations for potential clients. o Support negotiations and deal closures under the guidance of senior team members. **Financial Analysis Support:**o Help evaluate the financial viability of business opportunities and projects. o Assist in preparing accurate cost-benefit analyses and financial models. **Team Collaboration:**o Foster effective communication and collaboration within internal teams. o Assist in ensuring the timely execution and delivery of projects. **Compliance and Reporting:**o Adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards with supervision. o Support the preparation of timely and accurate business development activity reports.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field. Quick learner with a creative, open-minded approach to structuring deals. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
