E-Commerce Head

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Head to lead the Metal Mandi vertical. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution abilities to drive online sales, enhance the customer experience, and scale the business rapidly. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Business Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy for Metal Mandi. Own the P&L for the e-commerce business and drive revenue growth. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine the business model. Platform Management & Digital Presence: Oversee the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the Metal Mandi e-commerce platform. Optimize UI/UX to ensure a seamless customer experience. Collaborate with tech teams to implement new features and integrations. Sales & Marketing: Define and implement digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns) to drive traffic and conversion. Manage product listings, pricing strategies, and promotions to enhance customer acquisition. Build partnerships with B2B and B2C clients to expand market reach. Supply Chain & Operations: Work closely with procurement, logistics, and fulfillment teams to streamline operations. Ensure on-time order fulfillment, inventory management, and efficient supply chain processes. Optimize logistics and last-mile delivery strategies. Customer Experience & Analytics: Develop customer service strategies to enhance user satisfaction and retention. Utilize analytics to track KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and refine strategies. Leverage customer insights to improve platform usability and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce strategy, digital marketing, supply chain management, and P&L ownership. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution abilities to drive online sales, enhance the customer experience, and scale the business rapidly.
