Electrical engineer-R & D

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in handling HT & LT panels, transformers, rectifiers, motors, stators, wire laying, and electrical equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical maintenance work and promptly addressing breakdowns reported by the process department.Key Responsibilities:· Supervision: Oversee electrical maintenance activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols and efficient operation of equipment.· Breakdown Response: Promptly attend breakdown notifications from the production department, diagnose issues, and implement corrective measures to minimize downtime.· Panel Maintenance: Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HT & LT panels to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.· Transformer and Rectifier Handling: Maintain and troubleshoot transformers and rectifiers to ensure uninterrupted power supply and smooth operations.· Motor and Stator Maintenance: Conduct regular checks and maintenance of motors and stators to prevent failures and ensure continuous functionality.· Wire Laying: Oversee wire laying activities, ensuring proper insulation, routing, and connection to minimize the risk of electrical faults.· Equipment Handling: Handle electrical equipment with care, following manufacturer guidelines and safety procedures to prevent damage and ensure longevity.· Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdown responses, and equipment performance for future reference and analysis.· Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the production team and other relevant departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and optimize production efficiency.· Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

B.E in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, 3-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in an industrial setting. Proficiency in handling HT & LT panels, transformers, rectifiers, motors, stators, and other electrical equipment. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently. Knowledge of wire laying techniques, electrical insulation, and safety practices. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks. Familiarity with relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations. Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Willingness to undergo training and stay updated on new technologies and practices in the field of electrical engineering.
