Role Definition of Fitter for Mechanical maintenance. Designation: Fitter (Maintenance) Job position in hierarchy:CTODirectorSenior Associate Key role in the organization:As a helping hand on execution of mechanical task for equipment installation, maintenance, and repairing, perform preventive maintenance, follow safe working procedure, assist engineers during new equipment trials and update on status of task completed on daily basis. Loss to the organization in the absence of above post:1. Increases machine downtime.2. Equipment breakdown.3. Higher repairing cost.4. Safety risk.5. Disruption of R&D activities or experimental trial.6. Poor maintenance records. Key Result Areas:1. Completion of daily task (MJR) on time and reporting the status.2. Complete Preventive maintenance (PM) task as per schedule.3. Effective fault diagnosis technique.4. Follow safety instruction while working.
