Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in pumps, boilers, hydraulic machines, conveyors, compressors, pipeline maintenance (MS, SS, PVC, UPVC), and mechanical equipment handling. The primary responsibility will be to supervise maintenance work and promptly address breakdowns reported by production. Key Responsibilities: · Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities for pumps, boilers, hydraulic machines, conveyors, compressors, pipelines (MS, SS, PVC, UPVC), and other mechanical equipment. · Respond promptly to breakdown notifications from production, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective measures to minimize downtime. · Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance. · Perform repairs, adjustments, and troubleshooting on mechanical systems and components as needed. · Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts inventory. · Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols during maintenance activities, and promote a culture of safety among maintenance staff. · Collaborate with production and other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize disruption to operations. · Provide training and guidance to junior maintenance staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (ME) or equivalent. 1-3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of pumps, boilers, hydraulic machines, conveyors, compressors, pipelines (MS, SS, PVC, UPVC), and mechanical equipment handling.
