MIS

Maintain and update all Management Information Systems (MIS) related to orders for the Metal Mandi Team. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, dashboards, and presentations by collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data through regular validation checks. Create and manage Excel-based reports using functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, and Charts to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Design and improve reporting templates to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting inputs and business requirements. Identify and resolve data discrepancies and support process improvement initiatives. Stay informed about new tools, techniques, and best practices in data management and reporting.

1–3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or a similar role (experience with Tally will be an advantage). Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
