Process Engineer

This role involves optimizing existing plant processes, supporting new projects (plant expansion and process development), fostering cross-functional collaboration, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Analyzing and optimizing existing processes, troubleshooting issues, ensuring quality standards, reducing costs, designing and developing new processes for plant expansion or new product lines, conducting feasibility studies, ensuring process safety, overseeing commissioning, collaborating with project teams, developing technical documentation, supporting operations and maintenance, coordinating with other departments, and leading Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM initiatives to improve manufacturing operations.

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in process engineering, with a strong focus on both plant operations and new projects. Experience in [specific industry, e.g., chemical manufacturing, food processing, oil & gas, etc.]. Strong understanding of process engineering principles and practices. Experience with process simulation software and tools (e.g., Aspen Plus, MATLAB, AutoCAD, etc.). Knowledge of process safety and hazard analysis (e.g., HAZOP, LOPA). Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar.
