QA Lead

We are looking for a skilled Manual and Automation Tester to join our quality assurance team. You will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and executing manual test cases based on software requirements and design specifications. You will identify, record, document, and track bugs through to resolution using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle. You will design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium). You will execute automated test suites and analyse results to identify and report defects. You will continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes to increase efficiency and coverage. You will participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies. You will perform regression testing to ensure the stability of existing functionality after code changes. You will provide timely and accurate test reports and status updates to stakeholders. You will stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies in software testing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing manual test cases as well as developing and maintaining automated test scripts. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
