Monitor plant operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow. Provide instructions and guidance to subordinate employees. Ensure a safe, secure, and healthy work environment for all employees. Prepare and provide reports and activity updates to management. Handle manpower allocation and provide proper guidelines to labor. Ensure proper chemical handling and adherence to safety protocols. Maintain punctuality and discipline within the team. Oversee equipment handling and ensure proper maintenance. Assist the Plant Manager in preparing periodic reports related to plant operations, maintenance, budgeting, and other functions. Supervise Electrical Utility Operations & Maintenance. Monitor loading and tempering time for efficient production. Knowledge of Solvent Extraction, Electro winning process desirable. Manage plant operations in respective shifts successfully to achieve production targets. Ensure safety and environmental compliance as per industry standards. Maintain production costs within defined norms. Demonstrate the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the non-ferrous metal manufacturing or hydro-metallurgy industry.
