Application Support - LOS & FLEXCUBE 📍 Location: Jaipur (Onsite) 💼 Experience: 2-6 Years We are looking for a FLEXCUBE Lending Application Support Specialist with strong banking domain expertise in lending operations, loan servicing, and production support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supporting lending applications and a thorough understanding of retail and corporate lending processes across the loan lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Provide application and production support for Oracle FLEXCUBE Lending/Loan Modules . Manage and support end-to-end lending processes, including: Loan Origination (LOS) Loan Disbursement Loan Servicing Collections & Recovery Loan Closure Support various lending products, including Retail, Corporate, MSME, Agriculture, and Overdraft facilities . Monitor and validate loan account setups, interest calculations, repayment schedules, accruals, and related transactions. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, incidents, and service requests within defined SLAs. Conduct impact analysis for system enhancements, releases, and change requests. Support regulatory reporting, MIS generation, reconciliations, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with business users, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless operations. Manage stakeholder communication and support delivery activities effectively. Required Skills 2-6 years of experience in Banking Application Support. Strong understanding of the lending lifecycle and loan servicing processes. Hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE Lending Modules and Loan Origination Systems (LOS). Knowledge of delinquency management, NPA processing, provisioning, rollover, restructuring, and rescheduling. Proficiency in SQL/Oracle queries for troubleshooting and data analysis. Experience working in Windows-based application support environments. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Skills Experience supporting applications within Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, or Lending Operations . Understanding of banking regulations, compliance standards, and regulatory reporting requirements. Experience coordinating with multiple teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. Why Join Us?
