Functional Role: Business Analyst – CRM

Relevant Experience:
| · 3-7 years of experience in IT preferable in banks. |
Competencies:
| · Experience of Banking (Retail or Commercial) · Experience in the IT industry with strong background in requirement gathering, documentation, stakeholder management. · Should understand different integration methodologies. · Should be able to prepare overall project plan for execution of projects and prioritize based on those with large impact or horizontal level impact. · Break Complex ideas down into concise and effective requirements. |
Review Business User Stories, undertake gap analysis and prepare BRDs/Solution Documents/Approach Documents.
Job Responsibilities:
· Excellent knowledge in architecting, planning, testing, and deploying of any proven CRM solution like Dynamics/CRM Next
· Good working knowledge of implementing, integration, and deployment of such CRM solution
· Experienced in defining technical architecture and software components
· Experience in working to Agile processes
· Able to map business processes to core CRM platform capabilities.
