Design / UX Intern (6 months-Remote)

About Augnito Augnito is next-generation Voice AI for healthcare. Our cloud-based speech recognition gives clinicians ergonomic data entry with 99% accuracy, with no voice profile training, from any device, anywhere. Built from the outset in partnership with clinicians using human-centred design, Augnito supports a wide range of clinical vocabularies and workflows, halves clinical reporting and admin time, removes transcription delays, and helps prevent physician burnout. Augnito is deployed at 300+ hospitals and health systems across 20+ countries, including the US, UK and Canada — delivered both directly and through EMR, HIS and distribution partners. We're looking for a design intern to join our product team for six months. You'll work on real features that ship, not mockups that sit in a folder.

What you'll do

• Design user flows, wireframes and UI in Figma
• Run basic user research — interviews, usability tests, and synthesising feedback
• Work closely with PMs and engineers from problem framing through to handoff
• Help maintain and extend our design system

• Comfortable in Figma — components, auto layout, prototyping
• Some exposure to user research, whether from coursework, internships or personal projects
• Able to take feedback and iterate quickly
• A portfolio that shows your thinking, not just the final screens
