Cylindrical Grinder Operator – Experienced

·       Perform cylindrical ID and OD grinding operations on precision components

·       Set up and operate cylindrical grinding machines independently

·       Ensure dimensional accuracy and required surface finish

·       Select and dress grinding wheels as per job requirement

·       Inspect finished parts using appropriate measuring instruments

·       Maintain production quality and minimize rejection

·       Follow safety practices and maintain machine cleanliness

·       Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations

• CTC: 20000 to 25000 per month.

Requirements

·       Diploma in any stream / ITI (Grinder Trade preferred)

·       2–5 years of relevant experience in cylindrical grinding

·       Good understanding of precision machining and tolerances

·       Ability to work independently on assigned jobs

·       Willingness to work in shifts if required

·       Experience in cylindrical grinding operations

·       Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

·       Knowledge of tolerances, fits, and surface finish requirements

·       Proficiency in using measuring instruments (Micrometer, Dial Gauge, Vernier)

·       Understanding of grinding wheel selection and dressing

·       Strong attention to detail and quality control

·       Ability to troubleshoot basic grinding issues
