Fitter – Fresher / Junior Level

·       Perform fitting and assembly of mechanical components

·       Perform fitting and assembly of mechanical components

·       Hiring for Sigma Toolings, G 39/20, MIDC Waluj, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), 431136.

·       Carry out basic operations such as drilling, tapping, filing, and alignment

·       Assist in assembly of tooling and fixtures

·       Follow drawings and instructions to ensure proper fitting

·       Inspect components using basic measuring instruments

·       Maintain quality standards and ensure proper finishing

·       Support production team in day-to-day activities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the workplace
• CTC: 18000 to 21000 per month​

Requirements

·       Diploma in any stream / ITI (Fitter Trade preferred)

·       0–3 years of experience (Freshers can apply)

·       Basic understanding of mechanical fitting processes

·       Ability to work in a team and follow instructions

·       Willingness to work in shifts if required

·       Basic knowledge of fitting and assembly operations

·       Ability to read basic engineering drawings

·       Familiarity with hand tools and measuring instruments

·       Understanding of tolerances and basic machining concepts

·       Attention to detail and quality awareness

·       Willingness to learn and work on shop floor
