Milling Machine Operator – Experienced

·       Operate conventional milling machines for manufacturing precision components

·       Hiring for Sigma Toolings, G 39/20, MIDC Waluj, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra, 431136.

·       Set up workpieces, fixtures, and tools as per job requirements

·       Perform milling operations such as slotting, facing, drilling, and contouring

·       Ensure dimensional accuracy and required surface finish

·       Inspect components using measuring instruments

·       Maintain production quality and reduce rework/rejection

·       Follow safety standards and maintain workplace cleanliness

·       Coordinate with supervisors and quality team for smooth production

• CTC: 20000 to 25000 per month

Requirements

·       Diploma in any stream / ITI (Machinist Trade preferred)

·       2–5 years of experience in milling operations

·       Good understanding of machining practices and tolerances

·       Ability to handle machines independently

·       Willingness to work in shifts if required

·       Experience in conventional milling machine operations

·       Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

·       Knowledge of machining processes, feeds, and speeds

·       Proficiency in using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge)

·       Understanding of tolerances and surface finish requirements

·       Basic knowledge of tooling and fixture setup

·       Attention to detail and quality control
