Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Office Executive who will support the company in brand building, inside sales activities, and digital marketing support. The candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing team to help generate leads, communicate with potential clients, maintain data records, and support digital promotion activities.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Building

• Assist in promoting the company brand through online platforms and marketing activities
• Support preparation of company presentations, brochures, and marketing materials
• Help manage and update company social media platforms

Inside Sales Support

• Handle incoming inquiries from customers
• Generate and track sales leads
• Assist in preparing quotations and follow-up communications
• Maintain customer database and sales records

Digital Marketing Support

• Assist in managing website content updates
• Coordinate with marketing team for online campaigns
• Support email marketing and social media posts

Administrative & Data Support

• Maintain lead tracking and marketing reports
• Update customer data and sales activity records
• Support management with reports and presentations
