As our High School English Language Arts teacher, you will inspire students to think critically, communicate effectively, and explore the power of words in shaping their world. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging ELA lessons that foster reading comprehension, analytical thinking, and expressive writing Guide students through a diverse range of literary genres, authors, and cultural perspectives Cultivate a classroom environment that encourages thoughtful discussion, creativity, and respectful debate Support students in developing strong research, grammar, and composition skills Collaborate with colleagues and families to promote academic growth and a love for language Requirements: Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field Proven experience teaching high school ELA, including literature and writing instruction Passion for empowering students to become confident readers, writers, and thinkers If you are ready to ignite a love for literature and language in the next generation, we would love to hear from you
