Job Summary

Austin Bazaar is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical Logistics Associate/lead to support our inbound and outbound logistics operations. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless order fulfillment, inventory movement, shipment tracking, order routing, and reconciliation across warehouses, third-party logistics (3PL) partners, vendors, and marketplace channels.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Logistics

• Monitor daily order backlogs across all sales channels and proactively resolve fulfillment bottlenecks.
• Manage order allocation and routing across company warehouses, 3PL partners, and marketplace fulfillment centers based on inventory availability, shipping costs, and service-level requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer deliveries.
• Investigate and resolve routing exceptions and operational discrepancies.
• Reconcile shipped orders against sales orders and fulfillment records.
• Investigate shipment discrepancies, cancellations, returns, and inventory adjustments while maintaining accurate records across ERP, WMS, OMS, and marketplace platforms.

Inbound Logistics

• Coordinate inbound shipments from vendors to warehouses, 3PL partners, and marketplace fulfillment centers.
• Track shipment status and ensure timely receipt of inventory.
• Resolve receiving discrepancies, documentation issues, and shipment exceptions.
• Coordinate inventory replenishment between warehouses, 3PL providers, and marketplace fulfillment centers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records throughout all inventory transfers.

Reporting & Process Improvement

• Maintain logistics dashboards and operational KPI reports.
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Track key operational metrics including backlog volume, shipment performance, inventory transfers, reconciliation accuracy, and fulfillment efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements and operational best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, inventory management, or order management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Experience working with ERP, WMS, OMS, or inventory management systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to coordinate effectively across internal teams, vendors, warehouses, and logistics partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Music e-commerce experience preferred.

Background Verification

Candidates should be aware that the background verification process will include, but is not limited to:

• Address verification
• Education verification
• Employment history verification

Mandatory Software Usage

Tracking software is mandatory from Day 1 of employment. This software ensures accountability and supports productivity monitoring.
