Monitor vital signs of inpatients and communicate relevant information to senior doctors.
Maintain detailed records for each patient.
Notify consultants of patient admissions, abnormal reports, and progress.
Ensure proper execution of orders by paramedical staff.
Provide treatment for non-complicated OPD patients.
Execute consultant orders promptly and efficiently.
Implement emergency management protocols as necessary.
Complete all necessary documentation, including electronic medical records for inpatients.
Maintain the death register.
