ICU AND EMERGENCY NURSE

We are seeking a skilled ICU And Emergency Nurse to join our team at Avanta Healthcare Pvt Ltd. As an ICU And Emergency Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in the intensive care unit and emergency department. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The junior level of experience required for this role is 1 to 3 years. Qualifications And Skills \* Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license \* 1-3 years of experience in intensive care unit and emergency nursing \* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \* Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities \* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills \* Knowledge of patient safety principles \* Ability to assess and prioritize patient needs \* Proficient in using medical equipment and technology \* Familiarity with infection control protocols \* Willingness to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment \* Ability to provide patient education and support

Roles And Responsibilities \* Provide direct patient care in the intensive care unit and emergency department \* Assess and monitor patients, including vital signs, symptoms, and medical history \* Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians \* Assist with medical procedures and emergency interventions \* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans \* Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment options \* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records \* Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols \* Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care \* Participate in continuous education and professional development
