- Salary fitment , Salary Negotiation based on competitors
- Completing all formalities relating to new joining activity like Employee Code , Idcard , Visiting Card,
Mediclaim Card - Processing recruitment action through Company Portal
- Handling the Employee Grievances
- All recruitment related MIS, new joining trackers, source mix etc.
Preparing and conducting employee induction programs.
