Mechanical Product Assistant

• 1.Build, assemble and test mechanical parts, linkages, and structures for STEM kits and lab products.
• 2.Participate in AeroBay school lab installations.
• 3.Support mechanical maintenance during school events, workshops, exhibitions, etc.
• 4.Maintain design and checklist documents for internal processes.
• 5.Ensure proper labeling, packaging, safety and storage of mechanical parts.
• 6.Run quality checks before shipment or deployment.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification – diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Industrial Design studies is mandatory.
• Fresher to 1 year relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, linkages, gears, fixtures, rotating mechanisms, and structural parts.
• Ability to interpret basic 2D/3D diagrams and assembly instructions.
• Comfortable using cutting and drilling tools, various other equipment.
• Exposure to 3D printing, CNC, laser cutting, basic understanding of CAD is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation driven environment.
