We are currently looking for aGerman SpeakingAccountant to join us at our facility inAsturias, Spain. This position is to cover the role of AP-Customer Service Accountant for EMEA region. The candidate will take part in day-to-day activities for the AP EMEA Team located in Asturias. The role reports into the Supervisor AP/ CONCUR role and offers an outstanding starting opportunity within the company. Key responsibilities: Handle request from our vendors and our internal contacts for the Purchase To Pay process. Reconcile vendor accounts. Follow up on open Web Cycle and analyze metrics for the countries under scope. Support Business ad hoc with any request related to Accounts Payable operations Handle Payment Request Voucher & Rush payments for the countries under scope Deal with Day to day activities: AP Cash Forecast, Recurring payments, Supplier Financing program and others Participate in different projects affecting the AP EMEA area Support and guide our 3th party invoice processing team on daily queries: DMR, acceptance of Invoice Work to increase Payment Performance, knowledge sharing and efficiencies thru process improvements. Key requirements: Bachelor's degree Major in Finance / Accounting Language: English and German Business Proficiency (verbal and written).
